We believe women-led cooperatives, especially in agriculture, are vital drivers of community resilience and economic growth. Our programs focus on equipping women with leadership and entrepreneurial skills to lead cooperative ventures that create sustainable livelihoods and foster social equity.
Our Key Programs Include:
- Women in Leadership Initiative: Leading Cooperatives and Agriculture We provide tailored training sessions, business planning, and leadership development specifically for women who lead agricultural cooperatives and other community-based enterprises. These initiatives build capacity, strengthen networks, and promote economic empowerment through cooperative success.
- Youth Leadership Programs Building future leaders with skills in critical thinking, communication, and community engagement.
- Vocational Training Centers Practical skills training in trades including agriculture, tailoring, technology, and carpentry, with certifications designed to increase employability and entrepreneurial success.
